After running Dixon’s Fuels for over 30 years, I turned to property development with a focus on quality and potential. From refurbishments to new builds, I’ve grown Chestnut Developments with my sons, staying true to values of hard work, integrity, and client care. -
Luke James
With a background in roofing I joined my Dad in property development during the early days of the business. My hands-on experience and knowledge helps me run sites smoothly. I now help lead the business as well as running recent projects, overseeing daily operations whilst ensuring projects stay on track, on time, and up to standard. -
Ollie James
As a qualified Architectural Technologist, I bring both design expertise and hands-on site experience to every project. With a background in commercial builds and a sharp eye for detail, I turn concepts into precisely executed spaces that balance form and function. -
Scott James
Specialising in landscaping whilst having a solid background in visual design, I shape outdoor and interior spaces with creativity and precision. I focus on cohesive layouts that enhance both the beauty and value of each project with the client and use in mind.
